Improved the throughput rate and reduced the cycle time to optimize the WIP (Work in process) of the line of Switch gears at
m/s Ohm Energy Management Systems (A Switch gear manufacturing Industry in India).
The throughput rate was improved by 10 percent with a substantial increase in the WIP by also balancing with an optimal
finished goods inventory.
Devised a solution (working model) to optimize power usage by Load Management after a detailed study at the factory unit.
Improvised the quality of the finished goods by providing an automated tool which efficiently stopped production once a
