$2.990 million contract values combined Grading and Paving, Structural and Site Concrete for 33,500 SF 2-story new art museum and 107,800 SF 3-story new Department of Art & Art History building at Stanford University. Work included 9,000 CY soil export for the basement of McMurtry.
Apple Store: Palo Alto, CA 2012
$892,000 contract value Grading and Site Concrete completed within existing shopping center under accelerated schedule (included weekend, night and holiday work) with owner requiring exceptionally high quality of work.
Hoover Pavilion & Parking Structure: Stanford, CA 2011 – 2013
$5.525 million contract value
Grading and Paving, Structural Concrete Retrofit and Site Concrete for 6-story 80-year old medical building and 45,000 CY of excavation and soil export for 33 FT deep 9-level parking structure.
Bing Concert Hall: Stanford, CA 2010 – 2011
$4.977 million contract value Structural Concrete for 66,500 SF world class concert venue. Placed 6,500 CY of concrete, including 2,400 CY of shotcrete with 1,840 CY placed at the 57 FT tall cone-shaped central building.
Apple Data Center Expansion: Newark, CA 2009 – 2010
$3.70 million contract value Grading and Paving, Structural and Site Concrete for 60,000 SF expansion to existing data center facility while in operation. Coordinated multiple contractors and worked under owner’s strict security regulations. Project’s accelerated schedule required installation and removal of 100,000 SF casting slab for tilt-up panels.
Christopher High School: Gilroy, CA 2007 – 2008
$10.583 million contract values combined Structural and Site Concrete for 180,000 SF public high school for 900 students, including multiple two story buildings, a gymnasium, library and student commons.
