Description:
In this project we implemented 16b/20b Encoder/Decoder in serial packet transmission.
The 16B/20B Encoder comprise of two 8B/10B sub blocks. The 8b/10b scheme is part of the physical
network layer.
The 8b/10b encoding scheme translates byte-wide data of random "1s" and "0s" into a 10-bit serial data
stream.
Each of 8B/10B sub block has one 5B/6B and one 3B/4B leaf blocks.
My Contribution:
I have done the programming of the 5B/6B sub block which is sub block of the 16B/20B and also currently
working on test bench of 16B/20B Encoder/Decoder
Project 2: RF_ID based car parking system (NOVEMBER 2013)

Description:
Our project is to design a RFID Based attendance system on PC that displays car validity of the person
entering for the park on Computer by inspection of their RFID cards.
. RFID card detects the unique identification number of these tags and sends the data serially to the computer via a
serial port cable and an RS-232 connector.
RS232 is a 9 pin connector also known as DB-9 connector that is used for serial data transmission as well as
reception between two devices, i.e. microcontroller and PC.
Now, using microcontroller 8051 or higher version of microcontrollers is used for coding in the software section
in keil compiler.
My Contribution:
Programming for 8051 for controlling stepper motor and LCD display in the keil compiler.
TRAINING AND WORKSHOP:
Training in VLSI (Verilog and Overview of System Verilog) at Info-semi Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Six months training in GSM (Telecommunication) at Aircel.
Six weeks industrial training at AIR(All India Radio).
