§ Oversaw major infrastructure overhaul in the summer of 2014, with a new Windows VMware HA server platform, new HP
ProCurve backbone, Fortinet firewall, and site-wide Aerohive 802.11ac wireless. This overhaul then supported the September
launch of a whole-faculty migration from Windows to MacBook workstations (in conjunction with Google Apps), a 1:1 iPad
program, and adoption of Whipple Hill as a new LMS and school management system.
§ Was project manager for first phase of a school wide classroom A/V system upgrade, with 17 Epson Brightlink projectors
replacing SmartBoard projectors. Performed an audit of all classrooms A/V equipment to determine the classrooms with the
greatest need for A/V equipment replacement. Then created a tiered distribution schedule for the removal of the old
SmartBoards and the installation of the new Epson Bringhtlink projectors to happen over winter break minimizing disruption
to classroom instruction.
§ Assisted with the implementation of an online enrollment system. This included integration of the Admissions and Registrars
database. Allowing families to complete their enrollment contracts online, pay their deposit online, and provide banking
information for future automatic withdrawals online.
