Strategy Formulation for Fortis Healthcare Ltd: Hospital Industry was studied in detail using Pestle Analysis. Porter’s Five Force framework was used to make a qualitative analysis of the Fortis’s position and growth strategies used by the firm. Core competencies of Fortis were identified and strategies for future growth were proposed to the company.
Qualitative marketing research: Determined consumer motivations for online shopping, conducted surveys and interviews, transcribed them into excel data and statistically examined using IBM SPSS. Key learning from this data was presented to the Mountain sports Management leadership team.
