I'm ready, willing, and able to step into the position of Administrative Assistant immediately.

The expected duties fit my skill well. I have had almost 3 years of experience as an

administrative assistant for Ilo Construction, preparing monthly reports, facilitating the

attendance of the employees, Facility and Office management, Provide payments to supplier.

Responsible for the payroll. Purchased office supplies and equipments. And other experience as

well.

During college, I am a working student. While I was working in a private company, I was a

Barangay Secretary at the same time. I was able to Set-up the Barangay 371’s first

computerized systems using excel, word and other software to provide the first and accurate

data’s and documents. Recommended programs and projects for the welfare of all the

inhabitants of the barangay. Demonstrate leadership skills by leading in all projects and programs

of the barangay. Worked closely with co-barangay staff. Serve effectively on committees,

enabling progress to be made. Act as little barangay Chairman in the absence of Barangay

Chairman.
