7. Perform project HSSE Inductions onsite and ensure that this is communicated, understood,

implemented and maintained throughout the project organization. Including records of

attendance;

8. Actively stimulate accident, incident, damage and near miss reporting.

9. Maintain a register of all project related incidents (BKI and subcontractors), perform incident

investigation, follow-up and timely close-out of corrective and preventive actions.

10. Prepare and report HSSE-Q statistical information to the HSSE-Q (LEAD) Manager on a

weekly basis;

11. Identify and report possible HSSE issues and initiate corrective and preventive actions;

12. Coordinate and/or perform other project related HSSE-Q training and toolbox meetings;

13. Perform internal HSSE inspections of the sites / vessel and assist supervisors in the timely

closing-out of open action items;

14. Prepare onshore and offshore daily and weekly progress report.

15. Maintain and file HSSE documentation;

16. Handle all radiation safety concerns.

17. Assigned to multiple company site that is ATI – Batangas and Keppel Subic Shipyard.

18. Perform any other duties as specified by the HSSE-Q Manager / Engineer.
