Verified eligibility of cargo and mail offered for airlift. Ensured all cargo documentation, packaging, labeling and marking requirements, and all border clearance requirements were met. Provided information on schedules, routes, and air movement requirements for customers.

Trained and managed over 80 Ceremonial guardsmen for congressionally mandated Honor Guard program. Performed over 150 military funeral honors and joint service ceremonial color guards spanning an area of 36,000 square miles. Provided critical logistical support for US Southern Command by shipping over 5,500 tons of cargo annually to 23 United States embassies in the Central/South American theaters of operation. Proved invaluable to the support of Operation Enduring Freedom by building/processing/expediting the movement of over 50,000 tons of cargo in direct assistance to our warfighters on the ground.
