Purchasing Assistant/Sr. Administrative Assistant
Assisted Sr. Buyers and Purchasing Manager with arranging for transportation of incoming
components and raw materials for use on production lines. Track and prepare monthly
reports of all company owned inventory at subcontractors. Work closely with Purchasing
Agents to facilitate accurate pricing and delivery for incoming raw materials. Provide
vendors with copies of all purchase orders and work closely with them following up on all
expected delivery dates and expedite deliveries when necessary. Assist with reservations and
entertainment for visiting VIP’s, marketing managers and corporate guests. Set up quarterly
