Responsible for sales and marketing of ERP software solutions for the discrete To -Order Manufacturer throughout
North America.
• Sales Operations. Managed teams (telemarketers and inside sales reps) of up to 10 employees responsible for
generating leads for sales operations. Achieved sales objectives on a regular basis. Provided monthly sales forecast
and performance trending reports to VP of Sales and the President/CEO. Involved in all aspects of the sales
process.
• Marketing. Used CRM software to develop sales and direct marketing campaigns via email and cold calls. Served as
Trade show coordinator responsible for contracts, logistics, and lead generation via email marketing. Traveled to
all trade shows to ensure booth preparation was completed on schedule and procure d / tracked leads during the
show. Interacted with prospective clients in assessing business needs and promoting the company ERP products
