Responsible testing, repair, trouble shooting, maintenance and inventory of replacement parts.

Provide training to management and branch personnel in the operation and use of the system.

Schedule and perform remote alarm testing of duress alarms to ensure the alarms are properly working.

Investigate duress alarms as first responder and communicate findings to RSD.

CCTV System Management

Maintain a current inventory of CCTV equipment and IP address in conjunction with the Corporate Compliance. Mgr.

Responsible for ensuring that all monitors and cameras are fully functional and are properly positioned and focused.

Security Compliance & Building Maintenance.

Check on all building inside and outside security and opening and closing policies.

Branch key control inventory as per company policies.

Investigate all policy valuations and Vault shortages interview any and all personal involved also investigate all rout shortages.
