OBJECTIVE

Briefly, I am a Italian worker on a Working Holiday Visa. I am looking for a job to improve my

English and learn more about Australian culture. I believe I have many transferable skills from my

country that would be useful in any workplace in Australia. I am looking for a job that can ensure me

a career, both here in Australia and in Italy. I am available to work full-time and anytime.

I am a hard worker that can learn fast every kind of job and that does not mind heavy and/or long and

manual works

CAREER

EXPERIENCE

• In Italy I worked as farm-hand from the summer 2005 to 2008

• Meanwhile that farm experience I have done waiter in some small local restaurants. My main jobs

were taking orders, bringing the dishes to the tables and cleaning tables

• Last year I worked as programmer, website developer and computer repairer

• In Australia I worked few months in a factory in Melbourne, where I stacked and tied empty

fruit/vegetable boxes on pallets

• I also worked as fruit picker, picking every kind of fruit available like apples, pears and peaches

EDUCATION

High School in Italy, credential in accountant and computer programming

LANGUAGES

Italian [native speaker]

English [intermediate]

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

ABOUT ME

Computer skills:

• High level of expertise in MS Office with more attention to Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of Internet, able to create and manage websites

• Knowledge in programming languages such as C/C++, PHP and MySQL

• I also can clean up computers to optimize it

• I can assemble a desktop PC by myself in order to reach everyone's needs

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS

I like reading books – my favourite author is Stephen King – and watching movies and tv series

Even if I studied as a programmer and I like using computers to improve my knowledge about it, I

really like to be in direct contact with the nature. I love taking long walks and pictures of the

landscapes and/or cities where I am walking through
