corporate merger goals of consolidating nearly a million square feet of real estate across 3 sites into 1 approximate
400,000 square feet campus, while navigating all necessary site renovations and restacks upward of 1000 occupants
Made recommendations to Facilities leaders based on concerns voiced in meetings with division heads and executives
regarding projected headcounts versus available space and spear headed a cultural change to Celgene’s corporate space
