Responsible for teaching Resource, Inclusion, co-taught Special Education classes. All had mixed grade levels as well asdifferent disabilities and behaviors to be worked through while providing a stimulating and strategy for learningenvironment.

I carried a caseload of 45 students per year. I was responsible for coordinating and facilitating each student's AnnualARD meeting on my caseload as well as any disciplinary ARD's needing to be held. I was responsible for each student'sstandardized testing at appropriate grade level and all transitional coordination after graduation. I was also responsible fortransitioning SPED students from the feeder middle schools to HS. All my caseload student schedules went through me,the Case Manager, in order to ensure graduation requirements were being met.

As Department Chair, I was responsible for all the Annual ARD's facilitated by the staff to be done in a timely mannerand that all educational needs were being met by the district by law. I was the only Teacher "Administrative Designee"able to sign any and all ARD paperwork if and Administer was unavailable.

As 9th Grade Team leader - while continuing to teach classes - I was responsible for weekly 9th grade teacher meetingsregarding discipline and directives from the Principal and District. I was in charge of coordinating and facilitating allParent/Teacher meetings after school and helping to implement any/all modifications to any behavioral issues, failinggrades, attendance, or student/teacher disagreements.

I was also responsible for coordinating all 9th grade events including Freshman Camp and Parent/Teacher dinners. I

worked directly under the 9th grade Asst. Principal.
