Job Description

1) Responsible for all site mechanical systems (HVAC, Firefighting Networks,Plumping

Networks, Steam Network, LPG Networks) Installation, testing and commissioning.

2) HVAC ( Chilled Water Network equipment and, Ventilation Duct work and equipment ).

3) Fire Fighting systems wet type sprinklers system .

4) Plumbing (Water Supply and Drainage Network,Lab systems and kitchen systems ) .

5) Review and study design drawings, shop drawings, As-Built Drawings.

6) Take off for all Mechanical Systems and Request material according to project specification

and standards,and make materials delivery schedule according to project schedule and plan.

7) Prepare short term plans for the project.

8) Prepare Material Submittal according to project specifications and standards .

9) Supervises testing and commissioning of all mechanical systems on site .

B. National Guard Housing Project (SANG)-Al Hasa (April 2013-Apri 2015)

Job Description

1) Project Productivity Control and Preparing Daily Reports : Supervise and observe the Forman

and Labor force and make sure the work are as per approved shop drawing and up to quality

standards,and make sure activities are completed on site scheduled time with least amount of

cost and minimal wastage of materials .

2) Schedule and plan the physical work and activates,and initiate material requests on time to

keep the work in progress and avoid delay .

3) Material tracking system (LPO, BID Summary, Requisitions).

4) Planning (Manpower distribution, Short term Plan, Daily production sheet ) .
