The contract for IBM print vendor (GBPST) with AMEX ends in 2014 and hence a new print vendor (DST) is introduced to print out all letter communications. GCS needs to create letter that is compatible with the new print vendor .

Roles and Responsibilities:

To provide Architectural support on the entire project to be rolled out during the year end .

Led the development team that created the changes .

Development of new services and maintenance of existing services.

Impact analysis of the requirements.

Design (Create high level and detailed design) and Development of Services.

Writing Queries to make sure data transmissions are done correctly.

Maintenance of COBOL and Streamweaver code to make sure logics are intact.
