Pricing Dashboard:
Overview: Executive and leadership dashboard to track the coverage of Competitive pricing across different
market places, product inventory and competitors. Single stop shop to slice and dice data using different
performance and coverage metrics. Helps in analyzing the flow across different processes and sub processes
of pricing operations. Trending analysis of competitive pricing using large amount of historical data. Insightful
and intuitive for leadership team for decision making, operational monitoring and goal setting. Data from
various sources is captured into an integrated physical data layer of OBIEE. Start schema created using
different facts and dimensions help in slicing and dicing of the data. All metrics are dynamically calculated in
the presentation layer.

Cost monitoring and operational goal tracking Dashboard:
Overview: Cost Dashboard leverages effective operational cost monitoring to ensure effective decision
making. Production data which is scattered in discrete sources such as excel files, OLTP systems, DW and
emails was the main problem area. Data integration was the first phase, where data from different sources is
captured into an Operational data store. Dashboard provides trend analyses of cost spent over a period of
time and projects the future cost as per the goal. This dashboard provides insights into the areas of team
performance, Inventory inflow and sophisticated head count model. Goal based on costs is tracked
periodically and problem areas in the supply chain are identified. Metrics are designed and dynamically
calculated at trailing twelve months level and comparisons are presented such as Week over Week, Month
over Month and YTD. Prominent users are Operational Managers, BU heads and process Leads.

Quality Dashboard:
Overview: Quality control and analysis of operations form the core team to adhere to the six sigma principles.
QC dashboard enables to track quality % and sampling % of different business processes. This also adds the
incremental value of tracking human performance over a period of time using historical data. The quality
indicator widget in OBIEE dashboard rises regular red flags to control the quality. Quality data mart is created
and all the metrics are dynamically calculated. Quality data mart enables the dashboard to establish different
hierarchies and relations to facilitate drill down and roll up functionality of OBIEE. Slowly changing dimensions
help to track all the changes in attributes and maintains complete incremental history. Radar graphs and time
series analysis provide more visibility into team’s quality metrics and historical trend.

Performance Dashboard:
Overview: Human performance and efficiency is calculated and gauged using different KPIs. Inventory inflow,
quality errors, timelines and throughput act as base variables. This helps in initiating Performance mentoring
program in collaboration with HR team to track the outliers in CMT and suggesting a training to improve their
performance to their respective manager. Team’s performance as whole can be projected for consecutive
months based on the historical data and base attributes. Moving average is used to project efficiency % and
multivariate regression projects team performance as a whole based on the dependent variables.
