2006 – Present, Proposal Development/Marketing Consultant – Charlotte, NC. Provide proposal
development services to 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone and EDWOSB/WOSB certified small businesses in
response to DoD RFPs including proposal management, writing and editing, RFP review and analysis,
development of proposal outlines and compliance matrices, coordinating the development of data calls
