PNC Bank is implementing CRM Business Intelligence project as a suite of business intelligence tools, including CRM and business analytics. Overall, these tools will provide insights and data to allow users to gain knowledge about business performance and to understand progress toward goals, including state of the art referral, prospect and pipeline management, access to data and information related to the existing book of business, streamlined and centralized access to consistent data across the user base and the identification of potential trends.
