Managed EH&S on Construction Sites and Maintenance Operations for both Air Force and Army installations. Provided EH&S oversight & training (safety orientation, falls protection, scaffolding, confined space entry, excavation, electrical safety, etc…) to > 300 personnel & sub-contractors. Conducted daily field audits, provided guidance to supervisors, managers & superintendents as required including pre-construction meetings. Maintained WC reports and OSHA 300 logs in conjunction with HR. Lead incident investigations including root cause analysis. Prepared reports as necessary.
