QUALIFICATIONS

My background covers more than 40 years

of diverse work categories ranging from concrete work and exposure in the

construction field in general to dealing with

the public. Also involved in sales intermittently. My last position was in the

excavation/construction industry as a driver

from which I was displaced from my class CDL-A (commercial driver’s

license)

due to medical restrictions brought on as a

result of traffic accident after which I was relegated to office work where

I quickly adapted to filing of various types of

> Started work in a Class A-CDL position.

> Would thoroughly inspect truck/trailer

combination (when applicable) for compliance of

Department Of Transportation (DOT) safety

regulations and requirements at the start of day.

> Transport earth and engineering specific

construction materials (rock, gravel, sand,

flex base, select fill, etc.) as instructed to and from

varying points of loading to unloading

in an efficient but safety conscious manner.

> Would continue vigilance of compliance to DOT

safety rules and safety worthiness of equipment

in general during every load haul throughout the

work day.

> Perform final inspection of truck/trailer units and

enter all pertinent data on designated

Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) form to be

turned in to fleet service department in order

to do any necessary repair or adjustments

indicated on such report and reconcile any flaw or

defect to recomply with DOT regulations.

06-09-2011 {Sustained traumatic brain injury while

driving truck on the job (not at fault accident) relegating

me to modified and employer accommodated office

duties because of medically mandated and DOT enforced

revocation of commercial license and downgrade to

Class C (regular car) license.}

As of November 2011 my duties were modified as

follows:

> Filing of purchase orders and work orders in paper

form in numerical order according to unit number.

> Would assist the DOT compliance manager in

running background checks pertaining to recently

hired drivers.

> Would monitor the proper registration of Driver

Vehicle Inspection Reports and keep DOT Compliance

Manager informed of any flaw or defect on these

reports to reconcile such flaws or defects in reporting

in order to comply with DOT reporting standards.
