Overcame multiple, unexpected environment issues to successfully design and deploy a new VMware 4.0 environment within a constricted timeframe. Identified, recommended and implemented several new strategies to address the unexpected network issues that arose during the deployment of the new environment. As a result, a high quality service was smoothly delivered to the customer.
Successfully completed multiple Disaster Recovery Exercises despite recovery site and backup software issues.
