Performed and debugged several handset issues by analyzing call flow analysis on different RATs like LTE, VoLTE, UMTS, GSM and CDMA and found the root cause for different level errors.

Analyzed device logs and Over the Air (OTA) radio logs using QXDM/QCAT and root cause L2/L3 GSM/WCDMA call processing issues on BlackBerry 10 devices based on Qualcomm chipset MSM8960.
