This project was a continuation of the factory tasks performed in Coburg by forming a team in Pune and thereby making the project an internal one. The job description was specifically aimed at building competency at Pune location with internal employees.

Assembling a team of 2 and overseeing the knowledge transfer to the team members.

Factory management - Tickets updation in iET related to the service request, task creation in sharepoint corresponding to the package, task assignment to team members, quality review for the packages done by team members,.

Creating scripts using DSM, deployment testing.

Handling 3rd level support for Windows 7 application related tickets from iET.

McAfee product support for anti-virus by supporting the team as a second level contact.

Migration project involved in scripting all the packages in DSM for Windows 7 at the client location in Germany. Client co-ordination, status reporting, billing reports, requirement gathering were few additional tasks performed.
