I was responsible for the payroll for the Food Service Department, I entered the time into two different systems and filed

the reports for each pay. I also was in charge of the inputting of new hires, filing of personal records. Keeping employee’s

personnel records up to date with any changes there might be. I also had the responsible of entering the purchasing of

the food items for the schools (started with 32 in 1991 now it's 13). I stayed in contact with each vendor, weekly to daily. I

received pricing and product changes for more than 400 items. Made sure we were receiving the right products and the

best price we could get.

I also answered phones, took messages, worked very close with the Director of the Food Service Department.

account that was listed on a check I would match it to the accounts I had and put in each patients account. There were

times that we would receive million dollar checks.

There were a lot of phone calls and following up with doctor offices, insurance companies, and the patients.
