Technical Skills:
Tool Crib Management- Issue tooling & supplies all personnel.
MRO Management- purchase requisitions, purchasing MRO, pricing and cost reduction. Daily Spend Report- with an emphasis on savings/overtures and ordering within the constraints. Purchasing order creation, PO follow up, PO revisions and sourcing.
Raw Materials Management- raw material replenishment and ordering.

Shipping/Receiving Supervisor- MRO items and raw materials and any along with shipping outside work and finished products. Reviewing the staging area for correct placement of all outgoing shipments. Unload all materials and packages for delivery. Review all packages and materials deliver for proper distribution internally. Review packing slips/list and bill of ladings for count verification. Perform a quality inspection on all bar and flat stock using micrometers, calipers and tape measures. Input the receipts into the company's ERP system. Stock all materials into the proper warehouse location or create new locations to stock the material. Review job routers; pull material for job routers and then issue the material to the routers in the ERP system. Sign off on the task line on the routers where the job was issued. Staff Supervision- daily staff performance audits to insure that all daily duties are completed per the company's delegations. Monthly performance reviews to create official corrective action plans that the leads to annual performance achievements with any correction action plans. Disciplinary corrective action plans where and when necessary.
Vendor Management- Meeting with preferred and new vendors to discuss cost savings and innovative products to increase the company's performance and productivity. And reviewing VMI reports for a change in usage and tooling life cycles. Vendor Contract Negotiations, sourcing new vendors and revising vendor contracts for new terms and cost savings.
Logistics/Expediting- Calling couriers to pick up freight, tracking freight per customer terms and negotiating freight delivery and terms. Monitoring freight from origin to destination. Expediting, tracking and receiving, correcting all receiving discrepancies. Return authorizations and shipping, updating General Motors shipper log and daily shipping audits. Point-of-Use and Tool Crib inventory management.
Daily cycle counts and invoice reconciliation. Weekly and monthly billing and audits.
