housekeeping and coordinating with workers.

• Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement through kaizen activities.

• Recording the preparation of tool history coordinating with purchase, planning, stores, and tool room.

• Responsible for suggestion and kaizen activities, removing useless work, maintaining discipline according to safety rules and also

development of operator through multi skill.

• Planning the work schedule according to respective manpower. Looking after mechanical activities such as overhauling & erection

of various mechanical equipment.
