Senior Manager, Supply Chain Technology Enablement (SCTE) (2014 – Present)
People leader of a team of 13 Senior/Intermediate Business/System professionals. Accountable for team deliverables,
responsible for project alignment to business strategy, team planning and team building. Responsible for Business
Transformation, Business and System Process Mapping, Process Streamlining, Requirements Gathering, Solution
Architecture Design, Project/Program Management – Agile Methodology, Six Sigma.
Defined and implemented a PMO Governance Model, including Project / Change Request Intake, Portfolio
Management, Communication Plans, Change Management, Architecture, Resource Management, Business Case
Development resulting in a mature structured execution team.
Led and managed multiple complex projects in parallel, such as decommissioning of solutions and integrating new

Acted as Program Manager for the implementation of BlackBerry Classic Device at a Manufacture site in Mexico,

and China, Product Management, Supply Chain, Legal, Executive leaders. Resulting in a success product launch in
Mexico to support government and military agencies with BlackBerry solution manufactured outside of China.
Managed the implementation of a new reporting solution at BlackBerry utilizing SAP ECC, BW., SCM, Qlikview, SQL
to support critical financial business reporting. Working with a team of various functional groups, offshore delivery
and working with vendor management successfully implemented a flexible agile solution meeting S.O.X. compliance
to support the financial and operational business units.
Manager, Supply Chain Programs (2010 – 2014)
Responsible for managing highly complex projects and programs from end to end such as Business Transformation, IT
infrastructures and Business Intelligence, while adhering to PMP process methodology including various phases from
initiation to execution, follow-up and closure. Directly accountable for a team four Business Analysts to support the
Commodity Team with Reporting, Analysis, System automation and process improvement.
Managed and controlled a complex Project, Central Procurement Office (CPO) with 50+ immediate team members,
resulting in a successful implementation and deployment of multiple IT systems (SAP, E2Open, Kinaxis) and Business
processes with a $5M dollar project with an ROI of over $100M

Drove the Implementation of process improvement by the development of a complex database and a portal to
dynamically report on corporate KPI's, drove detailed analysis for focus-driven decision making, communication
tool for senior executives. This involved using such tools as Access Database, SQL Server, SAP Business Objects, and
Visual Studio/Basic. Resulted in eliminating two full time employees manually creating repetitive reports.

Enhanced PMO standards, processes and tools to further increase overall performance of projects.
Acted as Project Manager for major Database Oracle Client software upgrade one of many projects. Created project
charter and provided full project plan, scope statement, WBS, defined a schedule based on ticket windows.

Platform Manager, Toyota (Program Manager)
Successfully launched all Toyota Platform programs and supported other programs when required. Successfully launched a
Toyota $10M dollar program with over 300 part numbers, including 60+ molds, meeting extreme time lines, exceeding
budget requirements and ensuring customer quality requirements. Managed and oversaw program development including
but not limited to: Program Management, Project Engineering, Prototype Assembly, Design, Development and Validation,
Tooling, Quoting and Feasibility, Engineering Change Process, and pre-production sign off.

Project Manager
Project Manager for the 2014 PMI CTT Symposium. Responsible for leading a team of 10 volunteers with responsibilities in
Facilities, Marketing, Finance, Speakers, to organize the yearly event which brought in 90% of the revenue for the chapter.
Implemented a Standard PMP process to streamline and identify areas of improvements for a reoccurring yearly
event, including: Project Charter, Business Case, Approval Processes, Project Plan, Communication Plan, Change
Management, etc.
Successful Project - approximate revenue for the chapter of 10K and with approximately 200 attendees.
