Description :

This project is mainly developed for overcoming the problems of the conventional mouse. Our goal is to design a mouse which has accelerometer to translate the movements of the hands to move the cursor. Depending upon the movement of the hand the required direction of the cursor movement is displayed in LCD and the cursor moves on the screen. This method ensures to use the mouse without any base.

Build wireless circuits with RFID to transmit and receive the data wirelessly. Sew accelerometer onto hand and detect the bending and movement of the hand. Send the output of sensor circuit to controller for detecting the direction. The controller inputs the hand position to encoder which encodes & transmits the data through RFID.

The RF receiver receives the data transmitted and decodes the data. The decoded direction is processed by controller and displayed in LCD terminal. Controller also sends the processed data to the computer using MAX232 and the cursor moves in the direction.2 Switches are provided for left and right click on the application needed.
