The Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) is a Government coal mining company jointly owned by the Government of Telangana and Government of India on a 51:49 equity basis. The Singareni coal reserves stretch across 350 Km of the Pranahita – Godavari Valley of Telangana with a proven geological reserves aggregating to whopping 8791 million tonnes. SCCL is currently operating 15 opencast and 34 underground mines in 4 districts of Telangana with a manpower around 62,805.

Contributions:

Post implementation support includes solving the tickets raised by the end user.

Identifying critical issues and maintaining documents on root cause analysis.

Understanding of current business process.

Interacting with end users (if required) through meetings/phones/mails for resolving the tickets based on severity levels.

Responsible for maintaining Issue tracker in the team.

Preparing the function specifications for the fulfilling the client requirements.

Proactively discuss critical issues with other functional consultants for timely Resolution.

Client Profile:

ACC Cement is the most commonly used cement in all constructions including plain and reinforced cement concrete, brick and stone masonry, floors and plastering. It is also used in the finishing of all types of buildings, bridges, culverts, roads, water retaining structures, etc. ACC manufactures the following types of cement, in addition to which, it provides bulk cement and ready mix concrete. ACC 53 Grade OPC provides high strength and durability to structures because of its optimum particle size distribution, superior crystalline structure and balanced phase composition. It is available in specially designed 50 Kg bags.

Contributions:

As a team member I involved in development of business blue print phase to end-user training and go-live. Involved in defining requirements, configuration, integration and training

Customization of FI organization structure like chart of accounts, posting period variant, field status variant, fiscal year variant, account groups and global parameters. Document types and number ranges

Customization of account groups for AP and AR, Define number ranges for vendor and customer groups, assignments of number ranges for account groups, define tolerance groups for AP and AR. Settings for down payments in AP and AR.

Define House Banks, Creation of Check Lots, Customization for terms of payment and Automatic Payment Program. Settings for configuration of dunning areas.

Define Chart of depreciation, account determination, screen layout rules, asset classes, Depreciation keys, Assignment of accounts for automatic postings.

Implemented include Fl, CO, MM, & SD.

Contributions:

Work Don Change Request and involved in Unit testing/integration testing activities.

Providing day-to-day operational and process support to users.
