As a waitress greeting the customer as hostess and providing excellent

customer service, I should be attentive towards the customer, presenting

the menus to them and explaining, recommend food and beverages, sharing

information if its anything missing or any daily special, refilling

customer drink orders throughout the meal, finding out if they need

additional items, verifying that customer are satisfied with their orders,

If they are not happy, I will try to be find the problem, inform the duty

manager/supervisor. I would like they feel comfortable as our guest, try to

be patient, all the time smiling and using the body language.

independently and under pressure. Result oriented attitude.

I am a very easy going person. I do work well with or without a team. With

a few years of experience under my belt I am an individual who is always

seeking to learn and achieve more.I am also very subjective in judgement

and constructive within everything pressure, as a mentally strong minded

person with strong command of the english language I excel in challenging

situations and easily adopt to any situation myself.
