Description:

KTS-ERP is an intranet based system where employee can individually participate and track their status. It provides domain login as per the organization requirement and general information about the employee along with Educational, Certification, Skill and Projects details. It enhances the HR management in adding, viewing and updating employee’s details and generates various reports regarding employee’s skill and experience. It can be accessed by multiple users at a time. The Employee Management System is a modular system. Complete historical data of a particular employee like Health, Recruitment, and Training data can be retrieved and also options like Staff Scheduling, Leave management system, In-service Tracking, Time Clock System, and Payroll.
