2nd Shift Production Supervisor (July 2007 - Present)

Supervise all departments to ensure that product is produced, sampled, tested, packaged and shipped to customers in a timely manner.

Write up the shipping schedule and the bulk tank truck schedule for the following day.

Prepare supervisor’s packet for daily shipments.

Work closely with box and bulk truck dispatchers.

Manage daily work responsibilities for plant personnel.

Ensure all packaging tickets, box truck and bulk truck are entered into SAP system for billing purposes.

Actively participate in plant safety program to ensure overall plant safety.

Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor (September 2005 - July 2007)

In addition to performing Senior Laboratory Technician and Laboratory Technician responsibilities, the following duties were also performed:

oAssisted in supervising the plant.

oResponsible for learning plant lines, filling processes and SAP functions associated with process orders and picking request.

oManaged the growth of the lab technicians.

oWorked closely with customers, CSR and Product Manager on a daily basis to ensure that products were tested, approved and delivered on time.

Senior Laboratory Technician (July 2004 - September 2005)

In addition to performing Laboratory Technician responsibilities, the following duties were also performed:

oMade necessary decisions when a supervisor was absent.

oAided in training new technicians.

oAssisted with the continued success of Six Sigma.

oAnalyzation, interpretation and problem solving.

oLearned the internal audit requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard which allowed me to assist and lead in eight audits.

Laboratory Technician - A (June 2000 - July 2004)

Participated in the rollout of the Lab Vantage System by attending training at the Dublin Campus which enabled me to assist with the roll-out at the Cleveland West Facility.

Completed an average of 70% of the customer required control charts monthly.

Responsible for communicating with Dublin personnel regarding quality issues and product approvals.

Responsible for processing customer returns which included testing and determining disposition of products.

Laboratory Technician - B (December 1999 - June 2000)

Tested a wide array of foundry products using a multitude of analytical instrumentation (see Instrumentation section below).

Aided supervisor in testing customer returns.

Responsible for lab equipment and instrument maintenance.
