I started working as a dock worker loading and unloading trailers.

I operated a forklift to load and unload or palletized freights for shipping.

I worked fast and safely and after two years of working on dock, I got promoted to Supervisor.

I supervised over 50 people at times and made sure that I met all of the company's standards and policies.

I would train people to make sure that safety in the work place is the number one priority.

I would schedule training and discipline employees for not following company rules.

Lead Person/Machine Operator March 1993-August 1998

I started out on the dry end working on the stack measuring and checking the finished product.

After 8 months I was promoted to the wet end and higher pay.

One year later promoted to Lead Man and I would operate machines to make sheets of corrugated board or operate

the control room.

I would check the schedule of work for the day to make sure that the wet end operators are running the right

sequence of work orders.

I would take over for my co-workers when they need to go on break so production does not have to stop..
