Managed and oversaw a wide range of support for various fleet products, including gathering product requirements, helping define product vision, evaluating technology opportunities, and troubleshooting product performance problems. Documented change requirements on behalf of customers and developers/engineers. Facilitated QA product changes and coordination of product orderly release to customers.

Designed a system architecture utilizing RFID and cellular technology to provide unique solutions that would save Hertz Car Rental millions of dollars when implemented worldwide.
