Recruited to launch a pre-owned powersports dealership. In my short time there, I have grown sales 50% every month over the preceding month. Trained salespeople on proper powersports sales techniques. Acquired 7 lenders for the F&I department. Introduced Harley leasing to the Columbus Ohio market via Chrome Capital of Naples, Florida. Brought the Cleveland Cyclewerks brand to the Columbus Ohio market, beating out a major powersports competitor in the process. Introduced a process that assures 98% F&I penetration with 95% Gap purchases, 92% warranty purchases. Responsible for purchase and evaluation of all trade-ins, and buying of new product.
