* Knowledge in installation, configuration, and maintenance of CISCO networking devices such as Routers,

Switches and VoIP applications. I've being involved in outsourcing project, and implementing service using a

Satellite link to provide cellular service from Movistar in Monterreal Coahuila, and bringing the GSM service to

a remote area. I was in charge of Satellite turn over, and connecting the Cellular voice application and getting

them up and running.

Product Line Manager PLM, 01/2012 Current

Northern Latin American Region, PLM, Network, Datacom, Optical, Access. In Monterrey as a Project Manager for

Telmex account and focused to follow up the installation quality polices requsted by Huawei and Telmex.

Have worked on access networks such GPON and IPDSLAM, using specific tools in monitor system like over the U2000

to verify the network quality called HealthCheck and obtain network statistics which after analyze them can determine

probable critic points and get the recommendations to proceed with a corrective or preventive action plans with customer.

As well, have being involved with the new projects installations follow up in regards with the Handover, on GPON,

IPDSLAM, DWDM and CWDM which means the documentation reports and engineering proposal. Which start from

Technical Sales with the Checklist documents and transferred to the Delivery area for installation, and after this process

they should deliver the ATP's and integrate them together with OTP's and other measurement and testing documentation,

which should meet the quality agreement polices between customer and Huawei. Also focused to the international quality

installation standards such ITU, UL etc.

Responsible for CALA Network, Optical and Datacom, issues, escalations and KPI's monitoring, dealing with the

regional office responsibilities. Address escalation issues with China HQ. 2nd level Support TAC to perform better

quality delivery service project.

Experience working as a NOC Manager for domestic network, GTAC Network, providing management 24x7. Handling the

M2000 software used to monitor the entire network. (EMS/NMS)

Coordinate people across the country in order to support fiber optic outages or hardware failures at transport level.

Manage NOC Front Office (FO) and Back Office (BO) personnel to ensure network stability. Focus on monitoring

DWDM equipment.

Deliver weekly and monthly report activities to Directors, and reconciling trouble tickets with customers. Window

Maintenance setup coordination with vendors and customers.

Experience working in Monterrey as a Project Manager with Telmex account coordinating partner's work to install and

integrate IPDSLAM, GPON and CDWDM networks.

Currently working at Telmex Lab, where the equipment is homologated to bring service in to Telmex network,

resolving escalated problems related with IPDSLAM, GPON and currently supporting a new product Power Unit

Rectifier to get it approved and homologated by Telmex.

Support to the Huawei TAC in U2000 and M2000 tools to monitor the transport (optical) networks.
