Project 4: G-DigiMonitor

This project involves in the development of a wireless remotely sensing the Diesel Generator parameters of different sensors Temperature sensor, Pressure and RPM sensor with R, Y, B voltages.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, calculation and analysis of Diesel Generator Sensors. R, Y, B Voltage and Current monitor circuit design, signal conditioning for Temperature, Oil & Pressure and RPM Sensors, GSM Module.

Developing test circuits in general purpose board for proof of concept

Testing and Interface of CURRENT TRANSFORMER with microcontroller

Performing circuit simulation and Schematic design in OrCAD, Layout design in PADS

Parts/component selection for new product development by parametric comparison analysis and performing design calculations using MS-Excel and BOM maintenance.

Firmware development using protocol interface SPI, UART, I2C.

Interface of SIM900 GSM Module, UART and PIC32 microcontroller.

Hands-on product hardware debugging and design verification testing.

Project 3: Plating Thickness Measuring Equipment

Client: Tejonidhi Electroplaters, Aurangabad.

Job Responsibilities:

Faradays Law for electroplating method analysis.

Complete R & D using electroplating method on different metals like Silver, Copper, Zinc and Iron.

Etching and voltage changes of different metals documented with graphs in Excel sheets.

Digitally setting constant current source using DAC interfaced with SPI.

Developed test codes for hardware validation of PWM, ADC, DAC and Keypads.

Project 2: Signal Conditioning Application – LVDT Sensor

Client – Shrameya Engineers Pvt Ltd

Job Responsibilities:

Schematic Design of Signal conditioning circuit for LVDT using OrCAD.

PCB layout in PADS applying EMI standard rules.

Interacting with LVDT sensor

Coordinating with different manufactures and vendors for procurement of electronics components and necessary materials for project.

EMI/EMC testing and signal integrity analysis

Project 1: SIM900 Development Board

Job Responsibilities:

Design and development of a low cost, compact, flexible wirelessly controlled GSM Module

Testing and Interfacing with PIC32 Controller.
