An HR Professional with experience in handling end-to-end HR activities, contributing

Worked with Birmingham City University for understanding the issues related to the
incoming students and the transition period. And thereby found out strategies to cope
with the situation. Discussed with the current students to understand their issues during
the admission process. And also created new roles, which could take the research, work
