I was introduced to Sprint in November 2003 for a quarter for the holiday season. I learned to operate Rms and Precedent customer service programs which allowed us to modify and administer call plans, and also permitted us to make any necessary revisions or reviews of the customer’s bill. Our store maximized and subjugated production for the last quarter of 2003. I performed Esn swaps, buybacks, new activations, built and revised plans, E-tickets for repairs and Dhrps. My association with communications commenced with performing Verizon’s work orders through S&N as contractors. We tested cable pairs and shot troubles on impaired phone lines and analyze schematic drawings. I Repaired distorted dial tone and lines with shorts through implementation of tones and amplifiers. I Ran jumper wire from line equipment in the remote to change & initiate dial tone to implement working cable counts in the field. I installed pedestals and organized splice bundles. I climbed ladders or utilized aerial hydraulic truck lifts to install aerial drops & temporary drops to the N.I.T box, and RJ-45 jack termination. I repaired damaged copper cable splices in manholes in pre-form enclosures with air pressure systems. I repaired and organized splices in aerial G.A.T.M enclosures, heat shrink splices, paper cable. I utilized 3m straight splice modules, scotch locks, and ohms throw master meters. We repaired 2100 CAT 5 cable damaged by back hoe. We fused fiber optic lines and revised cable counts according to blue print schematics. 9/11Layoffs
