SALT RIVER PROJECT (SRP) 2000 – 2014

Senior Programmer/Analyst

Developed and supported batch and online credit card systems allowing SRP management and employees to use American Express Credit Cards and US Bank VISA credit cards for all purchase and reward needs.

Provided constant support and enhancements to Purchase Cards System - (US Bank credit cards) to improve

stability in batch (JCL and DB2 proc’s) and Online CICS applications.

Participated in development and maintenance of FIS – Financial Information System – to provide all the

Information necessary for tracking and projecting operating expenses, capital budget expenditures and productivity measurements on a timely basis. The system has been designed as a daily posting system to General Ledger (G/L) and weekly update of online databases for reports. FIS consist of 4 distinct subsystems – Budget, Job Orders, General Ledger and Financial Reporting.

Maintained and enhanced MARS - Miscellaneous Accounts Receivable System, which provides timely data and functional reports for determining the status of a customer’s miscellaneous accounts receivable and enhancing the collection process of overdue miscellaneous accounts. The system allows users to input invoice and customer data online, creating Journal Vouchers in the batch processing.

Provided Disaster Recovery planning, documentation and support according to all standards and processes.

Also provided 24/7 technical backup support to all FIS systems, by analyzing impact and implementing changes.

Tested and implemented all STR’s (System Trouble Request) and SSR’s (System Service Request).

Participated in implementation of IBM MQSeries Platform between FIS and FIS satellite applications.

Worked as a QA coordinator between clients and FIS team, maintained testing methodology and testing procedures. Also developed test scripts and provided support to FIS ‘satellite’ batch and online systems, such as AMEX, FDW (Financial Data Warehouse System) and Bank Reconciliation System.

Created QA assignments and verified project status. Developed logs and documentation for the QA status.

Initiative to convert the International revolve portfolio. The purpose of the CCIB Initiative is

to transfer the U.S. Charge Card Business from TRS to AECB to take advantage of the flexibility

provided by a bank Infrastructure to increase revenue and profitability.

Participated in conversion of U.S. Revolve Card to the TRIUMPH Platform.

Participated in Personal Security Check project to assist in the prevention of fraud and support security

identification checking in all markets as defined by International Fraud by properly identify Cardmembers

before providing account level information.

Participated in development of the Verification Data Type Code fields passing through SS88 – SS14

Triumph Customer Service Screens.

Developed QA test scripts for online CICS and batch applications.

Provided support for the requirements to enhance existing Monetary Data Entry system, to reduce rejects

by improving payment matching and Date Validation. Modifications to existing online and batch reports.

Developed CICS/DB2 screens utilizing CICS, DB2 and MQSeries for inbound communication.

For the back office systems - new development of Middleware systems. ( FUSION project ).

Multiregion operations and Intersystem communications for Retail Banking Systems, Private Banking Center and Chase Direct Bank, utilizing IBM/ECC Message Driven Architecture, with NV/AS, FEPI - Front End Programming Interface, MQI - Message Queue Interface Protocol and LU 6.2.
