TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION :-

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Mumbai in 2004.

3 yrs I.T.I. in Boiler Attandant from ITI Alwar (Raj.) in 1993 with 72% marks. 1.5 years working training at ‘Thermal Power Plant (Kota)’ during apprandice from April 1991-Sept 1992.

1st Class any type Boiler Attandant Certificate from Chief Inspector of Factories & Boiler, Jaipur (Rajashtan) in 1997.

WORKING EXPERIENCE:-

March 1997 to till date SHIFT INCHARGE ENGINEER (Boiler & Utility) working with Jindal Stainless Ltd. at Hisar which is India’s largest Integrated Stainless Steel plant working with MAN B & W (2x11.29) MW Power Plant.

Now at present Extra responsibilities of SMS1 & SMS2 Steel Melting Shop, Complete Maintenance & Operations as a Shift In charge of General Shifts (LRF,AOD & Arc. Furnaces) and Reporting to Plant AGM & Plant GM.

Operation & Maintenance of waste heat recovery Boiler of Capacity 4.6 Ton/hr Heating Surface Area 790m2 working pressure -11.25kg/cm2 (MAKE-THERMAX LTD.)

Operation Maintenance of 2 nos. FBC boilers, Capacity-42 Ton/hr. Working pressure 35kg/cm2. Heating Surface Area-3500m2. (Make Thermax Ltd.)

Operation & Maintainance of Oil Fired fire tube Boiler of Capacity 20 tons/hr. Working pressure- 17.5 kg/cm2. Heating Surface Area- 491 m2& two nos. of 5 Ton Cap’s Oil Fired & Gas Fired Boilers.

Associated with Raj Solvex Ltd. Alwar (Raj.) on Fludised bed combustion water tube packaged boilers (AFBC Boiler).Make Thermax Ltd. two nos.Capacity- 5 Ton/hr & 8 Ton/hr. heating Surface Area -122m2 & 206 m2.Working pressure- 17.5 Kg/cm2. With DM Plants, FD & ID Fans, Economisers, Air preheater & Dust Collectors, Coal handing plant etc.
