As trained Internal Lead Auditor I performed a pre-audit of the manufacturing facility based on Hoefer Inc

Quality Management System in preparation of the facilities first certification to ISO 9001:2008 by an external

auditor. As a result we received only one minor non-conformance and that was not having redlined assembly

procedures initialed and dated.

I worked closely with the Site manager to create and release product assembly procedures, department work

instructions, and technical files for various products for compliance with various European Union EMC and

Safety Directives.

Created Engineering Change Orders using Microsoft Excel forms to release first article reports and change

request.

Provided documentation support on projects to create and release documentation utilizing Microsoft Word

As a RoHS team member, created and released off-the-shelf material specifications for electronic components,

standard fasteners and other mechanical hardware components to meet RoHS (Restriction on Hazardous

Substances) compliance. I also updated existing CADD documentation to add RoHS compliance notes and

linked the manufactures RoHS certificates of compliance to Product Life Management database.

I worked closely with project electrical engineers and project managers to create, release and maintaining

product technical files for compliance with various European Union EMC and Safety Directives.
