2012 – Oct-2014 INSIGHT GLOBAL - ( Contractor for Cisco Systems ) - Direct Fulfillment Program Manager :

Major interaction with Contract Manf. Responsible for ensuring PCBAs were processed from Contract Manf. to distribution center. Manage Orders and Backlog, interact with Customer Service, Responsible for ensuring the timely production and shipment of customer orders across assigned Product Families. Responsible for all matrixes presented weekly to the Operation Managers. Understand key operational metrics and identify opportunities for Future improvements . Complete work tasks and makes decisions with minimal direction from manager. Was responsible for Loading the Direct Fulfillment Fee’s for Encoding and Streaming Business Unit every QTR. Work with internal customers such as the Product Operations, Marketing, Demand/Supply Planners, and Order Fulfillment Group regarding escalations. Run backlog reports weekly and discuss with the Cable Access Business Unit/ Encoding and Streaming Business Unit team.

2006 – 2011 Cisco Systems – Manufacturing Planner 2 :

Allocation specialist and subject matter expert responsible for daily build plans, build linearity, order prioritization, obtaining Daily Going Rate, Manf Planner concepts, lead time consistency and reporting, Daily Supply Plan, lead time communication, and shortage documentation. Work closely with Contract Manf’s as program manager. Focus on internal and external customer service to ensure lead-time expectations are met, Role Transition from Manf. Planner 1 to Manf. Planner 2 due to Contract Manf outsource training.

2004 – 2006 Cisco Systems - Manufacturing Planner 1 :

Entry level planner for in-house manufacturing; worked directly with supply and demand planners to enhance skills and to build MRP, New Product introduction’s, Manual order scheduling, ROHS and LEAN implementation.

2000 – 2004 Cisco Systems - Production Specialist :

Supervision/Coordination of Production floor, Build plan development, and Order resolution. Willingly performed any odd tasks necessary to ultimately get the orders out the door by the end of the day in order to meet customer needs.

1998 – 2000 Cisco Systems - Senior Manufacturing Associate :

Material planning, status, and daily counts, inventory discrepancy reconciliation, and training of new hires for similar business unit management.

1995 – 1997 Cisco Systems - Data Entry / Shipping Associate :

Duties included order entry and movement of PCBA material to the Manf Floor and daily movement of material per location in the facility. Worked closely with the Production floor on what product to be Entered and Received into the Shipping area. Ordered packaging material weekly; Packed product on daily basis and Scheduled Pick Ups with the Carriers. Worked closely with the teams to make sure all, Product that was received for that day was moved on a timely basis.
