Responsibilities: To ensure that all materials meet the established criteria throughout all
Phases of the process. Raw materials, components, and packaging and labeling are examined and tested according to a rigorous written program designed to assure uniformity from batch to batch. Every raw material received is tested for identity and conformance to specifications. During the manufacture of all batches of all products, in-process samples are tested and the results are documented. If any of the raw materials do not meet our standard samples or specifications the raw materials is rejected and the information is submitted to the research and development group. Accelerated stability testing as well as real time stability testing is done concurrently to validate the results for the tests.
Duties: Logged-in all incoming sampled materials, check documents for the name, specification like color, appearance, odor and specially the certificate of analysis for date of expiration and run into the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer (FTIR) machine, to see to it that the materials will match the standard specification. I performed loss on drying (LOD) and IR Balance (IMDB) for powders, tea leaves, liquid, capsugels which requires a certain percentage of loss on drying, also performed Particle Size test for Thick liquids or paste to make sure it meets the standard specification to avoid leakers specially softgels, also performed Disintegration and Dissolution test for finished products like softgels, enteric-coated softgels, tablets, capsules that requires a certain time to dissolved. I also checked and measured particular sizes for plastic and glass bottles and cartons for packaging, and labels.

Responsibilities: Learned the Airline Industry and be acquainted with their Sabre and Quick system, also to learn the Airline codes to be used in posting Air Waybills, Transfers, Housebills, Comats and all kinds of Mails. I also helped in the absence of the Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) to facilitate and accept cargo documents from customer to ensure that they comply with the Company as well as the Government rules and regulations before accepting their cargo as to hidden dangerous goods or contraband. And ensure we have all the necessary documents as required by law (FAA).
