M .TECH PROJECTS
1) Tittle: Design of high gain and low power two stage cascode compens ated operational
amplifier.
Abstract: Low power and high gain operation of operational amplifier is obtained and for the
stability miller compensation technique is employed. The result is verified using cadence® 180
nm technology.
2) T ittle: Design of efficient Class D amplifier for audio and RF applications.
Abstract: An efficient Class D amplifier is designed for high frequency and low frequency with
feedback which are best suitable for integrated circuits. The simu lation results are obtained using
cadence® 180 nm technology.
B .E. PROJECT
1) Tittle: Intelligent Fuzzy Based Traffic Light Controller.
Abstract: A real life application of fuzzy logic traffic light controller is designed. The controller
changes the cycle time of t he light depending upon the accumulation of cars be hind the green
and red lights and the current cycle time . The microcontroller used is AT89C51.
