Facilities/Maintenance Manager, Amazon LLC, West Columbia, SC. Responsible for 45 hourly technicians and 5
salaried maintenance professionals deployed in maintenance and project engineering of a 1.25 million square foot
Distribution Center accountable for Fulfillment Center Operations spanning across 35 acres of property. These activities
included the maintenance and engineering of 22 miles of fully automated material handling equipment (conveyance), 98
door truck dock, 40 powered industrial trucks, along with common building maintenance. Additional people
responsibilities included a 48 person housekeeping team as well.

Maintenance Manager, Nestle Purina, Allentown, PA. Responsible for the development, coaching, and leading of 44
hourly and 10 salaried maintenance personnel engaged within a 24/7 high speed manufacturing operation with the end
product being Pet Food. Lead through a Reliability Centered approach where assets were maintained proactively through
a rigorous in-house predictive maintenance program coupled with well designed effective preventative maintenance tasks.
Accountable for a $12 million dollar budget; managed department through industry standard performance indicators,
clearly developed processes, and personnel accountability.

Production/Maintenance Manager, RS Industrial, Inc., Buford, GA. Lead and managed 12 production, maintenance,
and warehouse personnel engaged in the production and distribution of adhesive based products along with the
maintenance and repair of production equipment and two facilities. Designed and developed a preventative maintenance
system to include predictive management failure. Managed the annual budget and vendor negotiations. Planned,
scheduled, and coordinated both production and maintenance operations. Hired, fired, coached, and developed

personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repair, installation and modification of food-based production equipment.
Coordinated and planned all preventative maintenance utilizing a computerized maintenance management system
scheduling throughout a 24/7 production operation. Managed utility personnel in OSHA compliance regarding a (NH3)
ammonia refrigeration system, boilers, and compressors. Developed and managed a 2.5 million dollar plant maintenance
and facility budget. Scheduled and managed long-term equipment shut-downs including justification for capital equipment
