Was selected by upper management to serve as one of the agency’s primary representatives supervising the work of hired construction management firms Kriesler, Borg, Florman and Lehrer McGovern. Supervised extensive exterior and interior contracts in excess of $50,000,000.

1998 graduate and certificate recipient of exclusive city program. Hand selected by Deputy General Manager as sole candidate to represent the New York City Housing Authority as future leader in management for the agency’s construction management division.
