Key Responsibilities :

Create a Fuel Dispatching plan and organize shipping process to 40 Service station in Great Cairo & Delta Zone .

Control and supervise all Operational Dispatching Process in Depot in hence with safety instructions & requirements .

Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Planners and PMC to achieve sales plans and Maximize profitability and achieve company objectives .

Control and supervise all subordinates regarding all problem-solving activities relating to Fuel Dispatching in my custody and Warehouse issues .

Implementation and organize shipping process between depot and other dispatching offices in other areas, to execute the needed orders and avoid any cause of duplication hence dispatching plan could meet customers demands, and may help other areas if possible.

Operate more than 22 fuel Trucks in companion with the Fuel plan In order to care about safety procedure and HESQ rules .

Record delivery on SAP system and issue invoices accordingly after delivery being confirmed.

Handle trucks loading and supervise sealing, and solve problems may come out accordingly.

Carry out the customer’s requirement and promptly support in order to get the quick and appropriate response.

Ensure the service rate in order to meet the target and customer’s satisfaction .

Support with special project and manager requirements.
