I am responsible for productivity and hours/per units. My hours were from 6:00 pm until 4:30 a.m.

Responsible to meet all production due dates and schedules.

My employees are nonunion. I also have department safety meetings. I am able to build strong motivated teams with Leadership. I also hold safety meetings. I also supervise (9) leads.

I would maintain or improve each employee’s job performance. Also to make sure each employee is cross- trained in other areas. I ran three production lines. I was also responsible for two mechanics on my shift and three Q.C.

Interviewed new employees. I would issue warnings if needed (Verbal or written). I would inform management, regarding any issues during my shift. Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel.

Conducted meetings with upper management to notify them of production issues.

Ensured plant safety procedures were being followed to make sure all safety PPE items are in use: safety glasses, gloves and earplugs.
